ContoDesk is a business tool for kirana and retail shopkeepers in India. Accounts are admin-provisioned — you cannot self-register without an administrator creating your shop and credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the shop. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You may use ContoDesk only for lawful shop operations: inventory, billing, customer records, and related business tasks permitted by the product.

You must provide accurate shop and account information and keep business records you enter as accurate as you reasonably can.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models except as allowed by law.
• Use ContoDesk for unlawful billing, tax evasion, fraud, or misrepresentation.
• Access or attempt to access another shop's data or bypass security controls.
• Upload malware, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission from [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].

You alone are responsible for your tax filings, GST compliance, and the accuracy of bills, HSN codes, rates, and totals you issue to your customers. ContoDesk provides tools and reference information for convenience; it does not file taxes on your behalf. See our Disclaimer.

ContoDesk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every business requirement. Maintenance, outages, and third-party dependencies may affect availability.

Fees, billing cycles, taxes on fees, and payment methods will be as described in your shop agreement or admin communication. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension.
